Do you have computer skills and enjoy working in a structured way? We are looking for an administrator who can start immediately until the end of the year, with a chance of extension. The position is based in central Gothenburg and is suitable for you who are meticulous, have good computer skills, and are efficient in your work.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage lists and documentation for the Swedish Transport Administration
• Work in Excel and other database administration
• Prepare and process documents and reports
• Administrative tasks in various areas
• Carefully and quickly perform tasks with high quality

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Excel and is used to handling data
• Is meticulous, efficient, and structured in your work
• Has experience in administrative work
• Is quick to learn new systems and tasks
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
